Niki first met Complete Communication when our CEO Daryl interpreted one of her theatre shows, and was introduced to the Access to Work scheme. She shared this with her team, enabling colleagues with neurodiverse and physical access needs to get vital support. Through this process, Niki also felt confident to seek help for herself and found coaching particularly valuable in understanding ADHD and thriving at work.
