The Equality Trailblazer Award celebrates businesses that are truly breaking new ground in creating inclusive, equitable workplaces and services. For us, this isn’t just an accolade, it’s a powerful affirmation of our values, our mission, and the work we’ve consistently committed to over the years.
As if that weren’t enough cause for celebration, we were also proud finalists in The Small Business of the Year Award, standing alongside some of the most inspiring and forward-thinking organisations in the region. Being recognised at both of these prestigious events highlights the strength, passion, and consistency of our mission to embed inclusion into everything we do.
The Inclusivity Group is made up of a family of organisations dedicated to access, support, and equality. These include:
Complete Communication – our founding company, providing specialist communication, education and employment support.
Complete Training – offering accredited face-to-face and online accessibility training, British Sign Language, and inclusion, in addition to high-quality organisation mandatory training.
Complete Independence – supporting individuals with care and independence through tailored, person-centred support services, whilst also supporting individuals within their employment.
To receive The Equality Trailblazer Award on the sixth anniversary of Complete Communication, the company where our journey began, is deeply meaningful. It marks a full-circle moment, reminding us of how far we’ve come and the values that continue to shape us.
