Your Role
In your role, you will provide one-to-one support to adults in the workplace, supporting them to better understand their role an dhow to do it. You will also support clients with building their interpersonal skills such as confidence and communication.
Your Qualifications
You will be educated to degree level (2:1 or above only) with a degree in psychology, social work or other relevant topic. You must also possess a professional membership that will also qualify you to apply for this post, namely:
- The Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties (PATOSS) Full or associate membership
- British Dyslexia Association (BDA) – Full professional membership
- The Association of Dyslexia Specialists in Higher Education (ADSHE) – Professional membership

- Associate Member (ADG)
- Associate Member (ADG FE/HE)
- Member (MDG)
- Fellow (FDG)
