About us

The Inclusivity Group provides inclusive, person-centred services for deaf, disabled and elderly people, and the organisations that support them.

This is who we are and our journey to becoming a nationwide group offering complete, wrap-around support through communication, independence and training.

Since our formation, we have grown significantly, expanding our reach nationwide and becoming known for providing quality. In 2023, we became The Inclusivity Group, which brought our sister companies, Complete Training and Complete Independence, all under one roof to create a wrap-around service offering to our clients.

The Inclusivity Group was founded to bring together communication, training and independence services under one system. Too often, individuals and organisations face fragmented support, repeating their story to multiple providers. Our solution is different. We’ve built a fully connected model of inclusion that delivers consistent, person-centred services, ensuring that no one falls through the gaps.

To remove barriers, empower people, and deliver high-quality support across life, learning and work.

The Inclusivity Group team

Our values

Our vision is for deaf, disabled and neurodiverse people to live in a world where they feel equal and valued by society.

Vision icon

Work with organisations, communication and support specialists to ensure deaf, disabled and neurodiverse people can be equal and active members of society.

Mission icon

To demonstrate our commitment to supporting the mental wellbeing of our team, we have signed the ‘Charter for Employer Positive About Mental Health’ to publicly demonstrate our desire to support the mental health of our staff across the organisation.

We were also awarded the Wellbeing at Work Silver award. Achieving the Wellbeing at Work Silver Award has not only been rewarding but has really opened our eyes to how we can improve wellbeing within our workplace; this award has made us realise not only what we do already as a team but what we can do even better for the future. It validates our hard work and commitment to creating a supportive and healthy work environment.

As a company, we are passionate about promoting and ensuring that deaf, disabled and neurodiverse people can have full access to all the services they need and feel like valued members of their community.

This extends to our workplace, where we actively promote an inclusive environment and encourage applications from disabled candidates. As of August 2021, at least one-third of our team has declared a disability or long-term health condition.

Beyond our own practices, we support other organisations in making their services and recruitment more accessible, driving positive change towards a more inclusive society.

Our ISO9001 and 27001 certification demonstrates our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of information security management.

By achieving ISO 27001, we ensure that our systems and processes meet rigorous international criteria for safeguarding sensitive data. This accomplishment reflects our dedication to protecting the information and privacy of our clients, partners, and stakeholders.

We are continually striving to enhance our security measures and maintain the trust and confidence of those we support.

Our story

Founded in the South West, The Inclusivity Group began as a small accessibility provider supporting local universities and theatres. As demand for integrated support grew, we evolved, expanding into training, supported living, and large-scale access management for events and workplaces.

Today, we work nationally across education, health, employment and the arts, proudly supporting thousands of individuals and hundreds of organisations every year. Our story is one of breaking isolated working, building connections and championing inclusion at every level.

What makes us different?

Our “One System” approach means every client benefits from a connected network of expertise. Each journey begins with one point of contact and flows seamlessly through communication, training and independence services.

Whether you are seeking Access to Work support, inclusive training, or independent-living services, we coordinate the process, so you receive the right support at the right time.
