At The Inclusivity Group, we believe that true inclusion means more than simply providing access; it means creating joined-up, person-centred solutions that empower people to live, work and communicate without barriers.
We bring together three expert companies — Complete Communication, Complete Training, and Complete Independence — under one collaborative system that ensures every client receives the right support, at the right time, in the right way.
From accredited training and communication support to supported living and workplace enablement, we provide a single, seamless pathway to accessibility and independence.
Too often, support services are fragmented. One company provides communication help, another handles care, and someone else offers training. Clients are left repeating their story and navigating multiple systems.
The Inclusivity Group was created to change that.
By uniting our three specialist companies, we have built a fully connected model of inclusion where communication, training and independence are integrated, not isolated.
Our shared mission is simple: to remove barriers, empower people, and deliver consistent, high-quality support across life, learning and work.

Specialists in Accessibility and Communication Support
Complete Communication provides expert, reliable and professional accessibility support for deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people across the UK. The team delivers BSL and English interpreting and translation both face to face and remotely, alongside electronic and manual notetaking, Speech-to-Text Reporting, Braille transcription and accessible formats. They also offer audio description and captioning for theatre, festivals and live events, as well as DSA, Access to Work and workplace support.
Operating across education, employment, arts and events, Complete Communication ensures that every individual and organisation can communicate confidently and inclusively.

Empowering Learning Through Inclusive Education
Complete Training delivers high-quality accredited training that builds confidence, capability and inclusion across workplaces, education and communities. Its growing catalogue of courses includes Signature-accredited BSL Levels 1–3 taught by native Deaf teachers, Department for Education-funded Skills Bootcamps for employability and upskilling, and OCN-accredited CPD courses for communication and access professionals.
The company also develops bespoke inclusion and workplace awareness training for teams and organisations. Learning is flexible, accessible and designed for everyone through online, face-to-face and blended delivery options.

Person-Centred Support for Independent Living
Complete Independence provides tailored, community-based and supported-living services for deaf, disabled, neurodivergent and elderly people. Services cover independent and supported living, personal care and daily living support, workplace enablement and vocational support.
Each support plan is developed with compassion, professionalism and respect, enabling people to live fulfilling, independent lives at home, in the community and in the workplace.
Our One System approach means every client and partner benefits from a joined-up network that shares information, expertise and values. Each journey begins with a single point of contact and is coordinated across all parts of the Group to ensure seamless handovers, shared quality standards and consistent delivery.
Whether you are an individual seeking communication support, a local authority commissioning care, a university coordinating access, or an employer improving inclusion, we provide a single, trusted solution from start to finish.

Founded in the South West, The Inclusivity Group began as a small accessibility provider supporting local universities and theatres. As demand for integrated support grew, the organisation evolved and expanded into training, supported living and access management for events and workplaces.
Today, The Inclusivity Group operates nationally across education, health, employment and the arts, proudly supporting thousands of individuals and hundreds of organisations every year.
Our story is one of removing barriers and isolated working, building connections and championing inclusion always.
We are inclusive by design, ensuring that everything we do is built on equality, dignity and respect. We are collaborative by nature, working with people rather than for them. We are driven by impact, delivering results that improve real lives every day.
Together, our companies represent one mission: to make inclusion practical, powerful and possible for everyone.
